----- The New Janitor was the 27th comedy from Keystone Studios to feature Charlie Chaplin. The film is arguably one of his best for the studio, and a precursor to a key Essanay Studios short, The Bank.
The hero, a janitor played by Chaplin, is fired from work for accidentally knocking his bucket of water out the window and onto his boss the chief banker (Tandy). Meanwhile, one of the junior managers (Dillon) is being threatened with exposure by his bookie for gambling debts unpaid. Thus the manager decides to steal from the company. He is caught in the act of raiding the vault by the bank secretary (Carruthers) who rings the downstairs for help. Chaplin comes to the rescue only to be misjudged by the Chief Banker as the thief. The Secretary fingers the manager and Charlie receives a just reward and a handshake for foiling the robbery.

Знаменитый курорт Резорт не зря привлек внимание группы репортеров. Одной журналистке становятся известны подробности страшного события. Речь идет об активации печально знаменитого протокола «Бринстоун». Его применение во время страшной пандемии позволило спасти человечество десять лет назад. От неизвестного вируса пострадало огромное количество людей. Люди умирали мгновенно, превращаясь после смерти в кровожадных зомби. Человечество смогло выстоять в страшной борьбе. Победа не вызывала должной радости, поскольку досталась людям большой ценой. Тогда и произошло образование курорта Резорт.
Только состоятельные люди могли посещать это место, чтобы поохотиться на зомби. Необычное сафари вызывало большой интерес. Все это время ситуация оставалось спокойной и контролируемой. Страшные события прошлого стали историей. Отправка на остров дронов не предвещала ничего хорошего. Это могло означать активацию протокола «Бринстоун». Очередная война с зомби была непредсказуемой. Еще одной массовой вспышки эпидемии человечество может не выдержать. Люди стояли на пороге настоящего апокалипсиса. Предотвратить катастрофу на Резорте – самая важная задача. ----- The Rink, a silent film from 1916, was Charlie Chaplin's eighth film for Mutual Films. The film co-starred Edna Purviance, Eric Campbell, Henry Bergman, and Albert Austin, and is best known for showcasing Chaplin's roller skating skills.
After amusements working in a restaurant, Charlie uses his lunch break to go roller skating.

Old Turkic / Orkhon
The earliest known examples of writing in any Turkic language were found in the Orkhon river valley in Mongolia in the 19th century. They date from the early 8th century AD and the script in which they are written is known as the Orkhon alphabet, or the Old Turkic script, the Göktürk script, or the Orkhon-Yenisey script. Inscriptions dating from the later 8th century AD in a slight variant of the Orkhon alphabet, known as Yenisei or Siberian runes, have also been found around Yenisei and other parts of Siberia.
Because of a superficial resemblance to the Runic alphabet, the alphabet is also known as Orkhon or Turkic runes. This resemblance is probably a result of the writing materials used - most inscriptions are in hard surfaces, such as stone or wood, and curved lines are difficult to inscribe in such surfaces.
The Orkhon alphabet is thought to have been derived from or inspired by a non-cursive version of the Sogdian script. By the 9th century AD, the Orkhon and Yenisei alphabets were replaced by the Uighur alphabet, which developed from the cursive version of the Sogdian script."
